11 West Student Housing

Student housing for the nearby University of Colorado-Colorado Springs campus. The community consists of 54 units with 141 leasable bedrooms in three buildings, (two 3-story and one 2.5-story). The residences contain 2-3 bedrooms with a common kitchen and living room. Construction was completed in August 2018.

Highlands at Redhawk

A luxury apartment community in Castle Rock, CO containing 56 one, two, and three bedroom units, all with private attached garages. The community consists of five 2-story buildings with a clubhouse, fitness center, and pool. Construction completed in March 2018.

Northgate Estates Offices

A suburban office complex consisting of two 10,000 square foot, two-story office buildings. Building shell completed in mid-2017; last tenant improvement was completed in early Spring 2018.

Ventana Community Clubhouse

A 4,300 square foot clubhouse built for the Ventana Community of approximately 400 homes, the building contains a large workout center, play area, common gathering space, and a 3,600 square foot saltwater pool and hot tub. Pool consists of large play area with water features and lap pool. Clubhouse opened in early 2018, and pool was completed late summer 2018.

Townes at Polaris Peak

174-unit apartment community consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom units located south of downtown Colorado Springs with easy access to I-25 and Fort Carson. The residences are located in eight 3-story walkup buildings with integrated garages. The property contains a clubhouse with workout center, community area, game room, and business center; pool and hot tub, car wash, and dog wash. A centrally located community park is also planned with gazebo, play equipment, and a dog park. Integrated walking paths connect throughout the site to help create a pedestrian-friendly environment.

258-unit apartment community consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom units located conveniently near Platte Avenue and Powers Blvd in Colorado Springs. The residences are located in two 3-story buildings and three 4-story, elevator serviced buildings. The community contains a large clubhouse with workout center, game room, business center, and gathering space along with an outdoor pool with hot tub. The community also features a car wash with dog wash, dog park, bocce ball court, and standalone garages. Walking paths all connect to the adjacent 20-acre park (also developed by Goodwin Knight) and the Sand Creek Regional Trail.

Improved lot development containing 125 single-family detached home sites designed to appeal to a downsizing and entry-level demographic. Site is designed to complement the adjacent apartment community and take advantage of the neighboring park and trail access. Homes to be built by Challenger Homes.

532 Colorado is a mid-rise apartment project located in the Old Colorado City in Colorado Springs, CO. the project consists of 50 units, all studios and 1-bedroom layouts, over a parking garage. The building is elevator serviced and includes a rooftop patio with indoor common space, workout room, gathering space with coffee bar, and lower floor outdoor patio. The units all have full-sized washer/dryers included, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hard-surface flooring, and 9’ ceilings. The project is under construction now with completion scheduled for early 2022.

A 68-unit cottage community in Colorado Springs, CO containing studio and one and two-bedroom units, located off North Carefree and Van Teylingen streets. The community will contain a small clubhouse with fitness center as well as an outdoor patio.

The Cottages at Woodmen Heights
The Cottages at Woodmen Heights is a duplex community located off of Woodmen Road and west of Marksheffel Road in Colorado Springs. The property consists of 200 studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units, all in a duplex, cottage configuration. The neighborhood also includes on-site garages, walking paths, a private clubhouse with pool and hot tub, an outdoor basketball court, a dog park, and numerous outdoor facilities. The neighborhood also features access to the Sand Creek trail system directly adjacent to the property. The Goodwin Knight team also is developing an additional 70 single-family lots for Challenger Homes as part of the project.
 

Monument Ridge Apartments
194-unit apartment community in Monument, CO containing one, two, and three-bedroom units located conveniently off of Baptist Road and Struthers Road with easy I-25 access. Residences are contained within two 3-story buildings and two 3.5 story buildings with detached garages. A clubhouse with fitness center, gathering space, game room, business center, outdoor pool and hot tub, barbecue grills, and fire pit are located to take advantage of views, while a tot lot, basketball court, dog park, and walking paths complete the site.
 

Skyway Apartments
A 90-unit apartment community in Fort Collins, CO containing studio and one, two, and three-bedroom units, located off College and Skyway. Residences are contained within two 3-story buildings with a small clubhouse. Amenities on site include a fitness center, community gathering area, hot tub, dog wash, barbecue grills, and fire pits. A tot lot on site is available for residences as well.
